For hygiene reasons, used or worn insoles cannot be returned or refunded. Please test fit carefully before extended wear.

Each model provides a total height increase (including your shoes) of approximately 2.1 in, 2.5 in, or 3.0 in — depending on the option selected and shoe style.

The insoles themselves measure approximately:

• 1.5 cm (0.6 in) for the 2.1 in total boost
• 2.5 cm (1.0 in) for the 2.5 in total boost
• 3.5 cm (1.4 in) for the 3.0 in total boost
  

These heights represent the physical insole lift. The total height gain you experience combines the insole lift + your shoe’s built-in sole height.

Yes — HeightMaxx insoles are engineered for a universal fit and can be slightly trimmed to match most sneakers, boots, or casual shoes.
