Our support team replies within 5–12 hours on average.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order begins processing and can no longer be modified.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
To start a return, email support@heightmaxx.com or use our contact form.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase and a clear photo or video of the product are required.
- Customer-caused damage is not covered.
Exchanges & Warranty
If your insoles lose significant height within 12 months, you’re covered by our 1-Year Warranty.
Send clear photos showing the compression, and our team will arrange one free replacement (one per order).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (or proof of return), we’ll issue your refund within 14 days using the same payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is paid by the customer.
Refunds may be reduced if products are damaged, worn, or missing parts not due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that:
- Have been worn or show signs of use
- Come into direct contact with skin or feet
- Were sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Are promotional or free-gift items
Manufacturing & Packaging
To maintain affordable pricing, some orders ship directly from our manufacturing partners.
Packaging design may vary slightly due to demand — contents remain identical and meet HeightMaxx quality standards.
This is not a valid reason for return or refund.
Height Disclaimer
Listed height increases (2.1", 2.5", 3.0") represent potential lift when worn inside standard shoes (e.g., Air Force 1).
Actual results vary depending on shoe type and fit.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Refused or undeliverable packages are treated as returns, minus a 50% restocking and handling fee.
- Delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers may result in automatic return; reshipment fees apply.
- Results vary per individual; not achieving your desired height is not grounds for a refund.
